Statement

If I could talk to the animals . . . what would I say? I would apologize that it took me so long to rediscover my passion for creating little creatures. I was good at art as a kid, but somewhere along the way I stopped making stuff and always wondered why. About ten years ago, I began again . . . excited to see my creature-friends reappearing. I am happy and proud to share them now; each is a one-of-a-kind original. Which one is speaking to you?

Bio

I was fortunate to grow up in Texas on the border with Mexico. This led to a career in international education in which I worked in many different countries, absorbing the sights, sounds, and personalities in every place. I am now based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I love knowing that I have pieces of my art hanging in New Mexico, throughout the U.S., and abroad.
